With over 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, the Biltmore Hotel in Oklahoma City can accommodate a variety of events ranging in scale from a board meeting with a straight forward agenda to the most complex, detail oriented convention requiring multiple break-out rooms, banquet services and hospitality suites.

The North Ballroom encompasses 5,000 square feet of flexible meeting space; dividing into four sections with 1,250 square feet each. The Allegheny, Blue Ridge, Cumberland, and Shenandoah Rooms, which comprise the North Ballroom can individually accommodate up to 100 people for a banquet or 48 people for a conference.
NORTH BALLROOM EXHIBIT AREA:
A new, beautifully designed and functionally appropriate exhibit gallery is an excellent area for convention or conference registration, exhibits or pre-function space. The Exhibit Area is well lit, furnished and provides over 1,800 square feet for which to greet your guests.
The South Ballroom encompasses 7,200 square feet of flexible meeting space; dividing into four sections with 1,800 square feet each. The Appaloosa, Morgan, Palomino, and Quarter Horse Rooms, which comprise the South Ballroom can individually accommodate over 150 people for a banquet or 62 people for a conference.
SOUTH BALLROOM EXHIBIT AREA:
A beautifully designed and functionally appropriate exhibit gallery is an excellent area for convention or conference registration, exhibits or pre-function space. The exhibit area is well lit, furnished and provides over 1,200 square feet from which to greet your guests.
8 beautifully appointed Hospitality Rooms located in all buildings. These facilities are perfectly suited for Board Meetings, Breakout and Workshop Facilities or Hospitality Suites for Corporate, Convention or Family Gatherings. Each Hospitality Room is 513 square feet; featuring 6 foot screens for your audio visual requirements, white boards, private bathrooms, break bars and complimentary wireless Internet service.
The tropical setting of our Atrium is a unique location in the Biltmore Hotel that can serve as a registration or exhibit area for your conference or convention, or it can be transformed into a beautiful setting for a reception, luncheon meeting or special event. The Atrium has over 2,500 square feet of space.
