Pet Policy

The Biltmore Hotel Welcome's your Dogs & Cats!

• A maximum of 2 Pets under 50lbs are welcome in guest rooms
• Pets are not allowed in bars and restaurants
• All pets must be registered with the front desk upon check in
• A non refundable $25 per night (not to exceed $100) pet fee will apply to your bill
• Pets must be kenneled when in a guest room unsupervised, allowing housekeeping to enter room
• Any pets not registered with the hotel, or left unsupervised, the owners and pets will be asked to vacate immediately without refund
• Additional cleaning fees or repair/replacement fees may be added to your final bill, at the discretion of hotel management

The Biltmore hotel has the right to refuse service to anyone.
